Since our last newsletter, we can report that all is going very well here at our fitness studio, and steady growth is being experienced.
We welcome our new Group A ladies that are joining us twice a week in July. Please note we also have a group class (not more than 4 people) every Monday night @ 6 – 7 and 7 – 8 pm and on Wednesdays @ 6-7 pm. We will add more group classes as the demand grows, and remember to book beforehand.
I have had good feedback from clients who have experienced a marvellous change in their bodies due to our Pilates classes. It is heart-warming when clients share their feelings and express joy and appreciation for the Pilates exercise method. What can we say… We are part of the best exercise regime in the world! – Let the change begin and continue!!
