We offer exercises for 3 groups:
1. Pilates 4 Me
Personal Pilates instruction for individuals using all the available equipment including the Reformer and the Wunda Chair.
Cost R 400.00 p/p p/h per lesson.
2. Pilates 4 Two
Personal instruction for 2 people using all the available equipment including the Reformer and the Wunda Chair.
Cost R 240.00 p/p p/h per lesson. (R 480 per lesson)
3. Pilates 4 Us
Personal instruction for group classes up to 5 people using Reformers and doing mat exercises with balls, bands and other small equipment.
Cost R 180.00 p/p p/h per lesson.
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
